Diana Mataya (Malawi)
CADECOM National Program Coordinator, has over 10 years’ experience in development work. She holds a Masters in Development and Environment, and is well trained with hands on experience in community participatory approaches. Scott Martin and Martin Mazinga are COADY Institute products, trained in ABCD and Facilitation Skills for Community Change. Ellen Kapeleta and Henry Simukonda have been influenced by COADY trainings and are strong practitioners. Together we form a team that has implemented SBA and RBA for effective community self-empowerment in Malawi.
