Terry Bergdall is a Faculty and Board Member of the ABCD Institute at DePaul University in the US. He lived 18 years in Africa and worked in seventeen countries promoting an asset-based approach within rural villages. Upon returning to the US, he facilitated the creation the Chicago Sustainability Leaders Network. He is a Founding Member of the International Association of Facilitators. He earned his PhD at the University of Wales, Swansea, with research on participatory evaluation of ABCD initiatives.
